At Maysaa Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes, sprays, and personal care items are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened or used.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Empty gold bottles must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.
Apparel (dresses and Islamic hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used perfumes and sprays.
Worn or washed clothing items.
Custom or personalized products.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
